Ask any traditional ghee-maker and they'll tell you the diet of the cow shows up directly in the jar. Grass-fed ghee is lighter, earthy, clean. Grain-fed ghee is something else: richer, denser, with a fullness in flavour that you notice the moment it hits hot dal.
This is Satv Dairy's Desi Cow A2 Bilona Ghee Grain-Fed. Our indigenous cows are fed a carefully planned farm diet of chana, binola, bajra, wheat daliya, gur, natural oils, and mineral nutrition no commercial ready-made cattle feed. That diet shows up in the milk, and the milk shows up in the ghee.
The process is the same traditional Bilona route: fresh A2 milk → curd → hand-churned in earthen pots using a wooden bilona → white makhan → slow-heated in stages into pure golden ghee. It takes 35–40 litres of milk to produce just 1 kg. Nothing is padded, nothing is added.
Naturally lactose-free, no trans fats, gluten-free. One ingredient: Vedic Bilona A2 White Makhan. That's the whole list.
