Our milk comes from Gir, Sahiwal, and Haryana cows desi Indian breeds that we raise ourselves on our own farm. These cows naturally give A2 milk, which is easier to digest than the regular packet milk most of us grew up drinking.

We don't buy milk from outside. Every bottle comes from our own herd, milked fresh that morning, packed in glass bottles, and delivered to your home same day. No processing, no storage, nothing added.

1. What's the difference between A2 cow milk and regular packet milk?

• Regular packet milk mostly comes from crossbred or HF cowsthat produce A1 protein. Many people find it heavy on the stomach bloating,gas, that uncomfortable full feeling. A2 desi cow milk, from breeds like Gir,Sahiwal, and Haryana, has only A2 protein, which most people find much easierto digest. On top of that, our milk is fresh and traceable not processed,blended, or stored for days like commercial packet milk typically is.

3. Is the milk fresh every delivery, or do you store it?

• Fresh every single delivery. Milked in the morning, packedin glass, delivered to you the same day. We don't store bottles overnight orbatch-process. There's no warehouse in between what leaves the farm is whatarrives at your door.

4. Why does Delhi get alternate-day delivery and Gurugram gets daily?

• It's based on our current delivery routes. In both cases,the milk you receive is freshly milked that morning we don't store it to fillthe gap days. Delhi subscribers typically order a slightly larger quantity perdelivery to account for the alternate-day schedule.

5. Do you use oxytocin or any injections on your cows?

• No, never. A lot of dairy farms in India use oxytocin injections to make cows release milk faster. We don't. Our cows are milked naturally the calf feeds first, and we collect only what's left. No hormones, no pressure, no shortcuts.

6. Can I make curd, paneer, and ghee from this milk?

• Absolutely it's one of the main reasons people subscribe.Curd sets thick without any additives. Paneer has a better yield and firmertexture than what you'd get from toned milk. Ghee churns out clean andfragrant. If you make dairy at home regularly, you'll notice the differenceright away.

7. Can I start with 15 days and upgrade to 30 later?

• Yes. Most new customers start with 15 days to try it out, and then switch to 30 days when they renew. Both options are at checkout no lock-in, no pressure.

8. Is this milk really from your own farm?

• Yes, only our farm. Gir, Sahiwal, and Haryana cows that weraise ourselves. We don't collect from other farms or mix in milk from outside.We're very particular about this it's the only way we can actually stand behindthe quality of every bottle.

9. How do I store it once it arrives?

• Boil it as soon as you get it, let it cool, then put it in the fridge. Keep it below 4°C and drink within 2 days. Since there are no preservatives, cold storage is important don't leave it sitting out longer than needed. Use a clean spoon when pouring.
