Our Wild Honey is collected directly from naturally occurring forest beehives by experienced honey gatherers. Once collected, it is carefully filtered only to remove natural impurities like wax or tiny particles. It is never heated, pasteurised, chemically treated, or artificially processed.

What reaches your jar is exactly what nature created.

Because the honey remains raw, its natural enzymes, aroma, flavour, and texture stay intact. Every batch may vary slightly in colour and taste depending on the flowers visited by the bees and the season of harvest—something we proudly consider a sign of genuine wild honey.

11. Why Does Pure Honey Crystallise?

• Many people think crystallised honey is spoiled.
• It's actually the opposite.
• Raw honey naturally crystallises over time because of its natural glucose content. Since we do not overheat or heavily process our honey, crystallisation is expected and is often considered a sign of genuine, minimally processed honey.
• If you prefer a liquid texture, simply place the sealed jar in lukewarm (not boiling) water for a short time.
• The honey will gradually return to its natural liquid form without compromising
  its quality.
